Motor capacitors meet global requirements for safety against fire and explosion. Motor capacitors are tested according to the European standard EN 60252-1 (starting capacitors according to EN 60252-2).
Other information:
Motor capacitors for single-phase induction motors with auxiliary winding and three-phase motors in a Steinmetz connection. Motor capacitors are offered in an aluminium case filled with oil with an overload fuse or in a plastic case filled with resin without an overload fuse.
